Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized products and special-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue.
